When required, Myndset Co. can provide NDIS funded support in the form of coaching support to assist a person in building independence in daily living. This includes managing household tasks, creating strategies to grow routines for essential tasks, linking with the community, and core tasks such as meal planning and preparation, travel training, attending appointments, and engaging community supports like a G.P. Additionally, our Capacity Building services play a vital role in Support Coordination to enhance overall independence.
